General Hospital Sneak Peek: Week of 7/4/11

The custody battle between Carly and Jax is as ugly and nasty as ever. And it's about to get uglier. When Sonny learns that Jax plans to call Michael and Morgan as witnesses against their own mother, Sonny decides to make his own presence felt in the proceedings. What extreme measures will Sonny take to help Carly keep Joslyn from Jax? And will he end up doing more harm than good?

 

Meanwhile, Carly's custody interests aren't the only consideration for Sonny in this battle. With Brenda becoming more and more disillusioned with the idea of raising children amid Sonny's lifestyle, Sonny sees Jax as threatening Carly's family but his own. It all comes to a head when Brenda is asked to testify on Jax's behalf.

 

Elizabeth finds herself in hotter water than ever when she confesses to Siobhan that her error nearly cost Siobhan her life. Will the medical board deem Elizabeth unable to practice? That might seem like small potatoes when Siobhan lays down a malpractice suit. And Liz isn't the only GH employee whose job will suffer.

 

Ethan and Kristina find their entanglement as thorny as ever this week, as Abby offers to pretend to date Ethan to help him get Kristina to back off. But then Ethan comes to Kristina's rescue when Anthony threatens her -- going so far as to send a message to Johnny that his dad should back off. Just how much does Ethan care for Kristina?

 

All this, plus Spinelli's "Jackal P.I." persona runs afoul of Sonny, and Jason and Sam wrestle with the prospect of marriage.

 

Please note that on Monday, July 4th, GH will air an encore episode -- so if you missed the highly emotional episode where the Spencers held an intervention for Luke, be sure to tune in!

GH what is really going on with JASON....I am NOT liking this suposedly new direction..... Is Jason reverting back to b/4 he and AJ had the accident. The story lines are long, dull, boring, and dragging....
What are we Waiting for........? I am tired of the Dumb story lines..... You killed Abby????? seriously......and Michael is just....what ???

lisa character makes a good villain, i also ask again does anyone remember when franco exited the kast time he said to someone that his new obsession will be brenda, that story never went anywhere, i know gh has new writers ans all im just saying it was put out there, i miss jax, is maya's half sister zoe still coming or was that story cut ? what if the mystery man is nikolas, siohban has a twin? sonny and kate r cute but i keep saying the b word lol

I love Lisa Nile's character on General Hospital. She is a better villain than Franco! I love the fact that she and Anthony Zaccaro are frenemies. Wow, how is it possible for Sonny to stay so hot!!!

I do not like the Spinelli's story line. it needs to be kept in his book. I am glad for Sam and Jason, get over it Carly. Sonny get over has been Brenda, writers you need to send Sonny a Woman that will understand him and not Carly either.

no one will be whinning if the show go off the air but you not me I am entitle to my opinion just like you all are. I know who I like on the show and I know who I don't like , no I don't like Jason and Sam because I am a Elizabeth and Jason fan, If the show goes off the air it will because people are sick and tired of watching it not because of a comment that someone made, so get over yourself. If you want the show to stay on keep watching it but not everyone is hapy because they are tired of the same mess, yes General Hospital was wrong to mess up Jax characters and Brenda too. Let see what happen when they make Jason Sam sonny Carly characters to look like pure jack ----s Going back is what GH does because if they didn't there will be no sam or jason.
