General Hospital Sneak Peek: Week of 4/4/11
Jason is seriously struggling to cope with Jake's death, and his loved ones are desperate to pull him out of it. Carly specially wants to be the one to help her best friend get through -- and it leads her to making a surprising request of Sam: give Jason a baby.
Meanwhile, Luke is seriously falling apart. The guilt over killing Jake is tearing him up, and there's a wedge driven between him and Lucky. Is there anybody who can help him some to terms with what his done? Or his drinking?
A bombshell gets dropped this week when Suzanne returns to Port Charles with a child, Lucian. She says Lucian is Brenda's long lost son ... but Sonny is suspicious. Look for Brenda to immediately take to the child, though, and to immediately plan to keep him safe from the mob world.
The conflict with Abby's ex takes a turn this week when Brandon turns up dead. So who killed him? Suspicion falls on both Jason and Michael, which leaves Dante with a decision. Should he nudge the evidence so that Jason looks guilty so he can protect Michael?
Plus Lisa continues to manipulate Kristina to get close to Robin and Patrick, and a familiar villain returns to Port Charles.
And coming up in April:
Nikolas and Lucky manage to re-connect in the aftermath of Jake's death ... but can they survive the reveal of baby Aiden's true paternity? That's a question Elizabeth will have to answer ... if she tells them.
If you thought the performance of Anthony Geary and the rest of the actors associated with Jake’s death were something to marvel at….well, after a certain event in April…you ain’t seen nothing yet.
Brenda meets her son (“son”?) Lucian, even as questions about his authenticity swirl. Is Sonny right? Does Suzanne know more than she's saying? And will this drive a wedge in between Sonny and Brenda?
Michael will continue to push to be included in the family business (that's Sonny's family business -- a.k.a. the mob; there would probably be less of a problem if he wanted to get into Carly's hotel-managing business). But would he turn to the Zacchara organization if Sonny turns him away? This all leads to Michael being framed for a murder this month -- would Dante break the laws he's sworn to uphold in order to protect his brother?

I didn't know Susan (Alan's Susan) died. I thought she just broke up with Alan and left the baby (Jason) with him. Maybe not.
Anyway... if she did die the writers can't use that as a storyline. Yet the writers are still keeping a lot of mystery around Franco's obsession with Jason and Michael (both Quartermanes).
kiki thats really good about franco being susans son . did she die right after jason was born?did someone kill her and didnt they think it was bobbie i cant remember all of it .

What about the hospital employee that was murdered a few months ago around the time Lisa lured Robin to the cabin? The storyline made it look like Lisa was guilty -is anyone ever going to find out she was the killer? Or, was she?
(I'm am disappointed with a lot of these storylines -too sad and some just don't make sense i.e. Lisa's ongoing chase for all things Patrick. I have been watching less and may end up not watching at all.)
Also are Jason and Franco brothers! Years ago, the late Alan Quartermaine (Jason's father) had an affair with a woman named Susan and had a baby boy with her -while he was married to Monica. Eventually the affair ended and Alan and Monica got back together and raised the baby (Jason?) along with AJ (their son). Susan disappeared. (Is she Franco's mother?)
A few months ago, Franco indicated that he, Jason, Carly, and Michael (also a Quartermaine) had a lifelong connection. Plus, he seems obsessed with Jason and Michael. I think the viewers would like this storyline to start coming together better and faster.
It may help to give a little history nod to Jason's entrance into the Quartermaine family and why he is not close to Monica as his mother. WE LOVE JASON and we want to know more about him.
It was great acting for about 3 days involving more than one or two characters. I have been watching a long time and know how talented most of the actors/actresses are. But that doesn't mean I like the s/l's. For months people have said they were killing Jake for Sam to have a baby. What part of that idea is not ridiculous!! Jake did not have to die. I'm having a huge problem with TIIC wanting to pimp one actress so she can remain in the s/l's. Guza could care less about history which doesn't do the show any favors I mean Liz and Jason were not that long ago. I think they need to rename this soap from GH to MC (Mob Central) then let us have GH back.
Beg to differ..it's this story and writing that has me tuning in every day. Go watch YnR.. you will be much happier. You fans keep saying you'r going to stop watch, so PLEASE! Stop Watching and Stop whinning! It's JaSam time and their fans love them and want to see them together. GH is doing a wonderful job or they would not be #2 in 18-49 Female household or rating a 2.1 . We Love GH and thank you Mr. Guza and Mr. Frons for doing a wonderful job! Keep up the excellent work. It's not the Liz show, it's General Hospital.
Absolutely loving GH right now. Can not wait until Sam gets pregnant. Not at all interested in ever Seeing Jason with Liz again, because honestly that pairing bored me to tears. Sam is the women that I want to see Jason with and the performances due to Jake's death were outstanding. Folks this is a Soap, and we need changes and interesting story. If fans want to be bored, pick out a kiddie show and go watch it or watch old reruns of Leave It To Beaver! So stick and tired of all the whining and crying because Jason is not with Liz. Jason has never loved a women the way he has loved Sam and it's their time to be happy and have a family. Liz needs to get her life in order and stop chasing different men and having babies by all those men.
I agree...please, please get Lisa's char. off -she is making me sick following a married man around like some sick, monsterwoman. I don't like to see desperate women and its even worse when they stay desperate a long time. At some point she should realize Patrick doesn't want her, used her for the moment, and she move on. Especially since she is an educated professional woman. This char. has been turned into a stalker, slut, killer.
