Can anyone see how much Jason's character has evolved over the years? He didn't like Brenda before and now look how much he cares about her but doesn't admit it. He would never have even let her touch him let alone HUG him. Their relationship is so sweet and he is very protective of her. Perhaps a Jason/Brenda pairing could be in the works? BrAson or Jenda anyone?

BLEH. GH just isn't cutting it for this longtime fan any longer. It has long been mob centered negating much of its wonderful cast, and now new characters are being given more screentime than many longtime veterans placing them even further in the background. This is NOT the GH I started watching, and no, I am not a fan stuck in the past, I am a fan who very much REMEMBERS it and is tired of it being either changed, forgotten, or manipulated in order to fit some agenda that I have yet to see improve GH. I used to enjoy the mob characters, now they are a JOKE. Why are characters like Sam or Dante being advertised when others have such a much more profound history to the show? Why have the Cassadine's all but been erased along with th e Q's? Why have characters like Lisa and Siobhan-neither whom I could care less about-given more screentime than my veteran actresses who portray Robin and Elizabeth? Why did Jonathan's reprisal mean such a death warrant for Becky and Tyler's characters? Both have given huge chunks of their lives to their characters, Becky having NEVER left. Where is the loyalty to them? Where is the loyalty to the longtime fans who remember that Robin and Elizabeth's families are longtime original families on GH. Why is Kelly's charater Sam getting more screentime than Nikolas or Alexis even though they are the surviving Cassadine's? It's because of the writers obsession with MOB, that's why. There are these wars over LIason/JaSam, and obviously Guza loves feeding it. I'm a Lucky/Elizabeth fan with Jon and Becky-I remember Elizabeth being a firecracker, I remember her and Lucky's dreams of adventure. I remember elizabeth in the thick of it with Lucky, I rememer her faking her death, taking bullets out of Jason, saving Skye-that's Elizabeth. The potential with LL2, esp now with the original portrayers is fantastic, and yet Elizabeth is being passed over again for a woman who allows Lucky to be himself? GAG. I remember LL2's adventures, ITS ALL IN THE PEN, and yet Sam gets Jason because she gets him, Irish lady gets Lucky because he can be the man he always wanted to be. All Liason/JaSam/LL2/ stuff aside, Elizabeth's character has been hacked enough! You have Lucky question why Elizabeth keeps choosing these dangerous relationships, why not delve into that?Why is Lucky now allowed to have adventure and neglect his boys? Lucky's words to Elizabeth during the Niz reveal to Ethan said so much. He forever has treated Elizabeth like some delicate flower. Jason did the same. Liz's words to Robin about Nikolas spoke mounds about what Elizabeth desires as a woman. I hated the Niz affair ruining so many relationships including NIkolas and Elizabeth's long friendship which I miss. LL2 could and should have been written as the next generation Luke and Laura-one a Spencer, the other a Webber. Her rapist Tom should come back, the Aiden reveal needs to happen. If LL2 are done, fine so be it, but at least allow Liz to finally move on.

There is an innocence, a strength and vulnerability to Jason when he is with Elizabeth. It was even there with Robyn but not a single one of his other pairings, not Carly, not Courtney and definitely not Sam McCall.

This vulnerability is what makes the Jason Morgan character likable. With Sam that vulnerability is out the window… he only looks like a hypocrite, a stupid man and a disrespectful man. He’s being disrespectful his son, to his friends, to Elizabeth and mostly to himself. It’s time for Jason Morgan to grow up and develop. With Sam McCall who is exactly like him (who wants a mate exactly like themselves?), he IS NOT and WILL NEVER grow.

Jason's attraction to Elizabeth has always had a type of innocence. She is his cushion, his safe place. She always has been. He’s always talked to her seriously about issues in his life, no one else really. Sure he talks but never like with Elizabeth. They have a deep and lasting connection from being friends so long before they were more.

And let’s face it Jason Morgan's getting too old, to play Sonny's young “hitman”. And, I won’t even get into a 40 year old running around town doing Sonny and even Carly’s bidding. Seriously, it does not show Jason in a grown up light at all or even a good light. Shows him as being silly and obsessed with Sonny and Carly's life and issues. The writing has been milking this obsession or whatever you want to call it for 15 years now and the ratings are saying the viewers/people are tired of it. I know I am. Enough is enough.

And if the writers or show actually has Jason having a child with Sam willingly, or any other way PERIOD… Jason Morgan is done with a lot of viewers; if he isn’t already I hate to say. And MANY will be OVER GH also. The writing can only go so far before it’s past the point of return and the writing for Jason Morgan the past two years is there at the point of no return in my opinion. Any further and I believe Jason Morgan will be over and done. And, the reason a lot more viewers will leave and leave FOR GOOD this time.

Sam may get his life but Jason doesn't need someone who gets his life, he needs someone who makes his life BETTER… Jason needs a woman to challenge him, remind him he has a heart and wants to do better (to better himself even with what he does), Sam McCall, no matter how much she is whitewashed or history is ignored or changed, will NEVER EVER do that.

He needs a woman to call him on his crap, who makes him think better of himself, makes him feel better about himself and make him see the light through the darkness.....THIS IS ELIZABETH, IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN HER! She HAS NEVER wanted to change him. She’s told him time and again… She can separate the man himself from what he does.

This, RIGHT NOW – not a month from now, is the show’s chance to right the wrong and give Jason and Elizabeth their FULL love story and family! I say this because the writing has, no matter how unbalanced that writing, has been built around Jason. He is on every day. He is in every main story. So if GH wants the ratings or even to continue they need to make changes NOW, not a month or months from now. I fear for this once great show, I really do.

On a side note: What I think would be a great story and very soapy is for Jason Morgan to get back his Quartermaine memories and for Jason Q the doctor to come face to face with Jason Morgan the hitman. To have both Jason’s come to live with who he was and who he has become. To combine both personalities and learn to live with both parts of his life... all with the help of the one person who has helped him in most situations in his life, Elizabeth Webber, who has known both Jason Q (if not by any other means, through Emily) and Jason M. Jason and Elizabeth have ALWAYS had a connection from the moment they met in August 1999. Jason has told and talked to Elizabeth more then he has with ANYONE else. They have a connection that has NEVER go away and never will. It would be great material for General Hospital and for Steve Burton, Emmy worthy actually for both.

I am so excited about 2011 and what's to come. Micheal and Abby are so fun to watch and other new formed couples have alot of potential as well. I cant wait till Patrick and Robin slowly rebuild their trust in each other. I am also so excited for Jason and Sam. I could list time after time that these two discussed having a child together , they always wanted a baby together. Jason told Sonny when he ask him about it after Liz was pregnant and he said that yes he had wanted a baby but with SAM. Jason and Sam talked about what their child would be like, went for genetic testing, jason himself spoke to Sam's doctor to find out if it was safe for them to get pregnant. Jason told Sam that yes he wanted to have a child with her and if he had to tell her everyday he would. I could go on and on with examples but the bottom line is Jason and Sam WANTED A BABY TOGETHER. It is only fitting that their child will be conceived on purpose after much heartfelt discussion about the risk involved. But one thing I am sure about the Jason and Sam baby is that it will "be conceived in so much love"...I can hardly wait

I THINK THAT ABBY SHOULD BE WITH MICHAEL EVEN THROUGH SHE IS A DANCER BUT CARLY DOES A BAD THING TO HER ,SHE DONT KNOW HOW TO MIND HER BUSINESS ABOUT HER SON WHO IS SEEKING ABBY. LISA IS A VERY BAD PERSON SHE WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET PATRICK AWAY FROM ROBIN, BUT ROBIN WILL FIX HER WHEN SHE FINDS OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE DOCTOR THAT CAM IN LISA HAD SOMETHING UP HER SLEAVE.I AM GLAD THAT SONNY AND BRENDA ARE GETTING MARRIED.

Agree! Sick to death of the whole Lisa thing!! No-one gets away with every thing, at least not like she has.It's time she at lest gets caught at something, and I don't mean by Johnny boy or Ethan. By the why I liked Ethan in the beginning now he's boring just boring and the same old same old. Still don't get why Mya is even on the show!? As much as I love Carly I would love to see Abby be the one to take her on, and not back down like every one else. Carly needs to back track and remember how she got where she is. My hope is that Abby is true to Michael and not a player. He needs at least one person who doesn't see him as DAMAGED.

Love Jason and Sam together. I have to ask is Sam pregnant for real?? Is this why this whole baby storyline is coming up??? She had on a big shirt in a recent episode and I haven't seen her dress like that before. Sam's clothes are normally fitting close to her body.

I live overseas and I just have to say that it GH sucks. I grew up with this show and I am shocked. The storylines have gone downhill. Luke and Traci, storyline makes no since. Mya/Ethan storyline sucks. Brenda's wining is unbearable, along with Carly. A day without those two is a great episode.
Let me not forget about Dear sweet Lisa. Writers they skip episodes here in Japan and it is sad that I know what is going on after missing a whole week. Please do something before you loose your loyal viewers. Carly take some days off and get some braces on those bottom teeth.
