General Hospital Sneak Peek: Week of 1/10/11
Romance is most definitely in the air, and the most romantic of all are Sonny and Brenda. Sonny follows up his proposal with a ring for Brenda, and plans for the wedding are moving forward. Sonny even asks Dante to be his best man -- which, yes, is very awkward. But does that explain why Sonny is having nightmares of his and Brenda's wedding day?
Meanwhile, The Balkan continues to plot his revenge against Brenda, and continues to use Siobhan to do it. This week, we'll finally get the full story on Siobhan: why is she working for him? Also, Jason and Dante finally get proof that Jerry is not the Balkan -- putting them one step closer to revealing Theo's double identity. Too bad it's at the same moment that The Balkan corners Brenda.
In the interests of keeping Michael safe from bad influences, Carly tries to buy Abby off this week. And you thought your mom was overprotective. Michael has a real roller-coaster of a week: he and Abby kiss ... but he also sees Abby dance at work. Can he handle it? And look out for a shocking moment at week's end when Abby is arrested! For prostitution!
Patrick continues to not be thrilled with Robin and her increasingly close friendship with Terrell, who shares a story designed to win Robin's allegiance. Patrick also finally catches on to Johnny's connection to Lisa.
All this, plus Elizabeth and Brook Lynn clash over Nikolas; and Sam finds out that a new medical procedure could give her the chance to be a mom she thought she'd lost.

i think Sam and Jason should get married and now they can have a baby and for Michael and Abby should get together and let the others alone
I totally agree ydbush Jason and Brenda a so cute. I remember when Jason Quartermain had a huge crush on Brenda. I'm loving GH so much right now. GO ABBY she really stuck to her guns against Carly love it.
This week my favorite so far is,Sonny biuying Brenda her wedding ring.And pleeeeease!!!! Carly leave Michael alone for a change!!!!!
Even though Theo is a "bad guy", I love his character and cannot wait to hear what he is going to say next. The other day showed Sonny at his best when he and Theo had a words and then a stare down over Dante !!!! Sonny does this kind of thing soooooooooo well !!! I love it! and him.
In Theo/ Balkans defense, bad guy or not, lets remember he is a father whose son was shot and killed. So we have to expect him NOT to accept any reason why this happened.
Gh has a knack for creating intriguing characters...Spinelli always interested me too. And Gh is unique in itself in being the ONLY Godfatherlike SOAP!!!!! I have been watching since Luke and Laura days! I will ALWAYS tune in.
Today, GH was the drama that it should be. Sonny and Brenda created some magic. Michael and Abby came out with a passion so true I felt it! I even had sympathy for Carly and her helplessly realizing that she cannot rule Michaels life, Mother or not. I was surprised to learn that Lisa is not Lisa! And the Balkan is making me a nervous wreck about WHEN is he going to do WHAT?????I think this is going to be interesting in that he SEEMS to LIKE Robin whom is Brenda's best friend.......what are we in for here.?....will Robin be the one to save Brenda from the Balkan? I
At last I LIKE Jason and Sam , Nicholas and Brooklyn, Lucky and Soibhan, BUT really miss Maxie and Spinelli!!!! Why dont they give Maxie's guy to Elizabeth and get Maxie and Spinelli back.....finally Alexis and Mac----YES, YES, YES! He would be great for her girls, too.
oh, one more thing, everyone calm down. Robin and patrick will get back on track. Afterall, if everything was peach keen and worked out fine, there'd be no drama!
I am glad the Brenda returned but i cant stand the storyline that she is involved in, wish she would've been involved in a better story. I am glad S&B are back together but this should have been such a great reunion and romance between the two, without interruption of Dante's "feelings" for her, secrets, and def without this stupid Balkan story that is another old, long winded story. Brenda should be reconnecting with Robin and Brooke who is her goddaughter and not worrying about if people accept her and Sonny getting married, again. I agree with ydbush30 i think Jason and Brenda relationship is cute in its only way, and i loved it ever since he went to Paris to protect her, they are really good friends and have a long history and off course Jason would try to protect her. I wonder how Sonny would take it when secrets start coming out. And i think the couple that is going to break up over the secrets is Dante and Lulu...Still proud of last week on GH it was very emotional and all the actors were good...

The sad the thing about the whole Jason and Liz was in the timing Jason was not in love with Liz I think when the Jake story line came about as much as He and Sam went through as a couple they should have Jason tell Sam about Jake and then take it from there if she wanted to leave because she could not handle it then fine but the whole foolish story about Sam seeing Jake get kidnapped was dumb.
