Look everyone, it is not the writers or the producers fault. Steve Burton (Jason) decided to leave the show on his own. It is his wishes that he'll move away from Cali to Tennessee. It has nothing to do with the writers or the producers on the show. Steve wants to leave GH for good. It is not GH doing. It is Steve's choice. We all knew that he was leaving soon. I don't want him to leave either. But, it's his doing and his time. We just have to accept that. Just like the others. Natalia (Emily), Tyler (Nikolas) Jonathan (Lucky), Nathan (Ethan), and more. Yes, it is getting ridiculous. Also, the soaps are disappearing too. In case if ya don't know. By what, 2014 or 2015. They will probably be extinct.

my entire family and I are dedicated GH fans & we watch every day! if jason is killed off or replaced we will no longer continue to watch this show! he has always been one of the main characters and he is irreplaceable!

Well don't worry everyone just because it looks like Jason is dead remember so far no body has been found, so that means the door is open for Steve Burton to return if he wishes.

WITHOUT JASON OR SONNY THERE IS NOT GENERAL HOSPITAL. PLEASE DO NOT KILL OFF JASON HE HAS BROUGHT TOO MUCH TO THE SHOP TO JUST KILL HIM OFF LIKE THAT. THAT IS THE WRONG WAY FOR HIM TO LEAVE I

I am watching now to what's going to happen to Jason, if he is killed there is no reason for me watching GH, Jason and Sonny are the main REASON ! that I watch and have been for all these years.How can you take away such an IMPORTANT CHARACTER like Jason, as soon as he and Sam get back together. There are others like Elizabeth,Duke,Lulu. I WANT JASON, I WANT JASON !!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND KEEP MY SEXY LION, I JUST LOVE HIM.....ALL THE WOMAN LOVE JASON !!!!!!

OkK! LOOK !!!! This is the worse thing you could do is take Jason off of General Hospital. For the last time Jason, Sam and Sonny is what makes the show and you have ruined it. You need to fire this writer who don't know what he is doing. General Hospital is Ruined now. No more General Hospital for me. You suck......
