Sam and Jason are trapped in a mine this week on "General Hospital"

Sonny and Claudia (Maurice Benard and Sarah Brown), the most unlikely pair since, well, Sonny and Kate (mobster and fashion editor! Come on!) settle into married life. Claudia wants the full benefits of marriage (as in, she wants to get under the sheets). She even tells Ric (Rick Hearst) that she's cutting off their no-strings affair (so there's REALLY no strings). But is Sonny willing to fulfill his husbandly duties? After his attempts to make things right with Kate (Megan Ward) go over about as well as Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) at a Good Samaritans convention, he may just be in a place to truly be "man and wife" with Claudia.

Jason and Sam (Steve Burton and Kelly Monaco) team up to find baby Jake, who has been kidnapped by the evil Russian mob. Seriously, they should don capes and cowls, right? That's some Batman/Batgirl action going on. Anyway, they track Jake to an abandoned mine where they end up getting trapped. Jason and Sam in close quarters. Not a good thing for Jason and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) (and Sam and Lucky), in our opinion. Also, have you noticed the disproportionate amount of mines that exist in towns that soap operas take place in?

They manage to escape (but what happens in that cave-in?) and track baby Jake to the Russians' hideout. The two storm it, but it blows up. Does Jake survive, or has Jason's worst fears come true and brought physical harm to his son?
