The Thanksgiving holiday meant a short week for new "GH" episodes, but they managed to cram a whole lotta action into just a few days. What were our highlights?
Funniest Moment: Wednesday's fantasy episode, where Robin dreamed a world in which she and Patrick took very different paths to each other, was filled silly moments. Just the idea of Carly and Patrick as a long-term couple gives us the giggles. But funniest was the sight of Maxie and Matt Hunter's clandestine affair. And not just because it was a sly way to get a "Days" reunion on the screen. It was that even in Robin's dream -- and even after all the wonderful things Maxie did for Robin to prepare for her wedding -- Maxie is a man-stealing trollop. Funnier still was that giant heap of hair Maxie had to wear, for no particular reason other than our enjoyment. That wig could challenge Kim's from "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" as the biggest and therefore funniest fake hair on TV. Kudos!
WTH? Moment: This goes to Alexis Davis and her insistence that she knew all along that Jerry Jacks was back to his master-criminal ways and that when it appeared that she didn't believe her own daughter's insistence of that fact, it was only because Alexis was trying to lull Jerry into a false sense of security so she could trap him. Uh huh. Make no mistake, we are BIG fans of Alexis around these parts. We just wish she'd make better choices when it comes to her gentlemen callers. From Sonny to Ric to Jerry -- we're sensing a pattern here, and it's not a good one. Maybe if she'd direct herself away from shady criminal types, she wouldn't have to then pretend that her entire romantic life is one giant sting operation.
