This week featured "General Hospital" doing what it does best: medical emergencies, mob violence, Luke and Laura. Here are our selections for the week's notable moments.

Funniest Moment: The storylines this week didn't lend themselves too easily to big laughs. But we have to say, even though it was kind of mean within the context of the story, Luke faking a heart attack and then scurrying into the World's Most Convenient Furnished Cabin like he was five years old was pretty good. Honorable mention, also, to Tracy calling Scott a "shortsighted boob."

WTH? Moment: We're going to take a moment, take a breath, count to ten, and try to say this as calmly as possible: CARLY BROUGHT SONNY HIS GUN?? He's had his gut sliced into like a Thanksgiving turkey, all Carly wants is for Sonny to see a doctor, and she CERTAINLY doesn't want him going after Karpov. So what does she do? She gets him his gun. By the end of the week, even she couldn't believe she did that. Yeah, neither can we.
