The actress, a seasoned TV vet at just 29, recently talked to Latina.com about her character, Bree -- and despite her protests that really, she's a nice girl, we're all kinds of excited about the spice she'll bring to the show.

On rumors that Bree is a bad girl:

"She certainly is not a bad girl at all! She comes from a different world -- from a rival Texas elite family that has a lot of beef with the Archibalds [SOAPnet.com note: Is she Hatfield? Or McCoy?]. So there's a lot of tension that comes from that, and there are some interesting stories that are a little dramatic. But there's a great deal of getting along between Nate and Bree."

On kissing Chace Crawford:

"Chace is everything you would imagine him to be, and more!"

On possibly feuding with Nate's ex, Blair:

"You know, I think Blair tends to have drama with a couple of girls, right? I don't know that they [Nate's friends] are immediately welcoming of Bree -- I will say that."

On how long we'll see her on "Gossip Girl":

"For now it's four [episodes], but there's always the possibility of more. I would love to do more, simply because I love the people."
