First Look: Maura West on The Young and the Restless

Maura WestSpotted: As the World Turns star Maura West -- at Young and the Restless hotspot Gloworm!

 

Yes, Maura West has made the move to Genoa City, and is taking on the role of Diane Jenkins. You remember Diane: she stole Jack from Patty, had a baby with thieved sperm she believed to be Victor's, and engaged in all kind of feuds with Phyllis? Yeah. We know. We can't wait for her to come back either!

 

Maura's first scenes as Diane are set to air October 8th.

 

Between Maura and Paul Leyden, what do you think of the As the World Turns invasion of Y&R?

I cant wait for the new maura west to come on young and the Restles and play as Diane jenkins she was so good on as the world truns as carly I hope she stays on the show from theresa Marlow

Can't wait!!!! There should be some good story lines with her and phyllis and jack. Diane & Phyllis always kept you glued to the story. I hope she has not cut all her hair off like it looks in this pic. Looks better longer. Will be watching the other actress who played diane. She has a recurring role on Vampire Diaries. She is good on Vampire Diaries. (One of my favorite shows). It will be nice to see Paul Leyden. If they give him a good storyline, he should shake things up a lot. He was a great Simon on ATWT. Will be nice to see a brand new storyline with a new person.

i'm excited to have the character of diane back, she was a great nemesis for phylis!! that said i wish it was the same actress, i know maura is great and will do a great job but the other actress was just as good... also i wish maura went brunette for the role, i can't help but see carly still! i hope they age her and jack's son also to the same age as noah, it will give jack and phylis plenty of stories for the next 2 years if they play this right.
