"All My Children" alum Billy Miller recently joined "The Young and the Restless" as the recast Billy Abbott. The character has been played by other actors before, but we can't remember when he's ever been this much fun!

The new Billy is a cocky playboy with good looks, a smart mouth, and a wild way with the ladies -- he's currently shacking up with Amber and has secretly fathered Chloe's baby. He has also fit easily into the Abbott family mix, which includes joining with his big brother, Jack, in the latest shady plot to take over Jabot Cosmetics.
