Erika Slezak's 40th Anniversary Surprise
On April 27th, One Life to Live will celebrate a special milestone as Erika Slezak -- Victoria Lord (Burke Riley Buchanan Carpenter Davidson) Banks herself -- celebrates her 40th year on the show. It's going to be a great episode and a wonderful showcase for Viki. But on the One Life set, there was already a celebration.
On March 17th, under the guise of a St. Patrick's Day celebration, the cast and crew of One Life to Live decided to celebrate Erika Slezak's 40th anniversary with a surprise party. And ABC.com has video of her reaction.

I don't get it. Susan Lucci is more famous than Erika Slezak because she is getting all the attention, but not Erika. That is full of crap. Just because Susan Lucci finally won her damn emmy in 2001, it isn't right. Susan is not a legend like Erika and she will never be. What is so damn special about Susan.Erika now has six daytime emmy awards. Erika also now been on daytime for 40 years. Well anyhow, congratulations to Erika and hoping you will get some attention because you surely deserve it.
