It takes place on a boat! Yes, it's a three day cruise, packed with soap stars, hosted by soap lover (and Rebecca Budig's husband) Bob Guiney. It's part of ABC and SOAPnet's "Soap Nation" tour, which helps brings your favorite daytime stars closer to you! And this is the mother of all events.
