Soap of choice, but I am happy for a cast change there.
Vail's character was boring, and unless the writers make
the new cast mate better at solving cases, and a kick butt
D.A., she too will will fade like dry paint on the wall!

I think she should expand her acting ability and this is a good way to do so. Yes, she will always be Bianca, but something tells me she will surprise her fans when she takes on a whole new character type.

As a fan of both Y & R and AMC I think it will be a great casting move. The old Heather was not interesting at all. I hope they give Heather a life because the only man she hangs out with is Daddy

NO, NO, No! Bianca cannot be Heather!! Eden belongs on All My Children as Erica's daughter. It just will not work with her on Y&R especially taking over the role of Heather!

Today Y&R was like old time; it is getting very interesting. I certainly hope Ashley learn the truth about her baby and Sharon get her baby Faith back. I disagree with the person who said Katherine was dishonest and thought Jill was being mistreated, it is really the other way around. I think Katherine displayed Motherly love for her son. Jill is very jealous and vendictive. Katherine need to kick her out of her life once and for good if she and Billy print the story about her son after she asked her not too. Please do not drag the missing Jana story for the rest of the year, please!

I'd rather she came back to AMC. The writing seems to have improved and I think Bianca could still be a valuable and interesting character. I don't watch Y&R so I can't comment on the casting per se.....but I do know how upsetting changing character casting is so I feel for the Y&R fans.

Eden needs to stay with AMC and not go to Y&R. Sorry fans of Y&R but I am sure you understand that when you are used to a character you hate when they change it. :(

Even though I know longer watch YR I have to say that when I read that Eden was taking over the role it made me smile. The current actress has been annoying from the start.
She never made you like her or even hate her she was just there. there just never seemed to be any chemistry between her and anyone. I hope she finds a better suited
role for herself. Good luck to Eden. I'm still not going to watch, because I've gotten tired of the same ol bull and the long drawn out story lines that end in a mess.

UGH!! NO!! ANOTHER non-actress This is horribel news!!! Sorry, but she is not a good actress. Her voice is too whiny sounging. Even n a serious scene she sounds whiny and nasaly. Keep it up Y&R.I used to change channels when she appeared in a scene on AMC. One more bad casting and stupid lon drawn out dory like Jack's son, the switching of "Patty" to name a couple, and I am gone. The ony thing keeping me there is "Victor". Stop it NOW!!! She doens't have a strong enough personality even when she is in "real llfe".
Wow, this ticks me off. If VB didn't work out, fine, but there are hundreds more talented actresses out there.
