i am sooooo happy that ridge and brooke are back together they deserve it, and glad that he finally realized wher his heart was with brooke and has been for many years!! Taylor needs to give up after this for real cuz it should really hit home for her that ridge can never be fully committed to her becaues of his feelings for brooke, they will never change. and then he was talking about getting him and taylor back together for their kids Thomas and stephey are grown and they should be able to understand the situation and anyway why would they want their mother to be with someone that is not in love with her.

I am sooooooo sick of brook and ridge I stop watching the bold and the beautiful. That show needs to get rid of those two! I really can not see how that show won anything!!!!!

Im so over it! So hear me out GH! YOU LOST! Get over it! You weren't even nominated! And Tony Geary isn't the only Soap Actor on TV. I love Christian LeBlanc and I love his performances....but I would have been ok if any of the other actors would've won also...except for Tony. Compared to Thorsten Kaye...I actually thought he had it this year. I think he will win it next year! I was happy the B&B finally won! As campy as hell as the show is....they won because the Storm suicide storyline/Katie's new heart. I feel CBS soaps and actors are treated like the Red Headed Step-Child. Did you hear the splattering of applauds that CLB got when he won for Best Actor? Geez, if it were Tony! The roof would have been ripped off! And Emmys I thought you sucked...Vanessa didn't need all those song and dance routines...the Fashion sketch was STOOPID! If you would have cut one routine and the fashion bit..B&B would've had time to do their acceptance speech. If it were AMC, GH or even DOOL....they would have been up for twenty minutes and into the late night news with their shout outs to everyone: Preschool teacher to the house maid who clean their house. Even Passions was treated better than B&B! Geez!

No time for Bell to accept the award for best soap because WAY too much time wasted on Sesame Street and Vanessa Williams. Give us more soaps at the daytime emmys, please!

I'm glad B&B won Best Drama, and not GH, there's nothing interesting anyway, but blow-ups, and explosions, all the time.

I think GH got ripped off this year at the Emmys. Tony should of won for best actor, and Maurice wasn't even nominated what a shame, or Steve for that matter.

Bree should of won, also.

B&B for best show, out of the choices it should of been AMC!!! GH not even nominated what a shame!!! the show is awesome, don't see what they are looking for. But in my opinon GH has the best actors in the business!!! but I'm biased cuz it's my favorites show.

Bradford Anderson definitely deserved the win but the Emmy voters didn't see it that way so, i really hope he's nominated again next year, as for Vincent Irizarry winning well i'm glad he did over the other nominees he's a powerful actor.
Julie Berman made a great heartfelt speech and i wanted either her or Kirsten Storms to win, i was hoping for Kirsten though, Maxie Jones is a force to be reckoned with on GH.
GH should have had more nominations and nominees especially those who get over looked every year from the show such as Maurice Benard, Kimberly McCullough, Laura Wright and Tyler Christopher.
Daytime Emmy's 2010 please be better than 2009.

I really hope that the producer's of Guilding Light find away to keep the show going it's a legend for years please find away.the character's are not ready to retire.

I missed the awards totally last night. I had no clue they were even on. In years past we always heard a lot of promotion before hand.
However, looking over the winners list I guess I didn't miss a whole lot. I love GH but lately I have not been real happy with the writers, I was surprised to see they won. They seem to change the history of the show to suit them and they have characters doing things that after knowing them for years, the viewers know they would not do.
I am glad the actress playing Lulu got some recognition though, I think she deserves it. It's tough being Lara and Luke's daughter!
