Days of our Lives: Week in Review for November 2, 2009

Nicole seemed sincere in wanting to "help" Mia this week. Too bad we know what's in store for the teenage mama ...
The week in Salem provided us with drama and heartache galore -- from Mia's fake confession to Will and Chad to Hope's confrontation with Carly, and Carly's own horrific Lawrence nightmare, it was a rollercoaster of emotions (to say the least!). Thank goodness Rafe's reappearance -- and subsequent living room sexxy times with Sami -- gave us a welcome distraction. What were our other fave Days moments this week? Read on ...
Funniest Moment: Once again, this week was light on laughs. There were a few moments that caused us to chuckle, though -- including a surprisingly cute exchange between Brady and Nicole ("Good night, friend." "Good night, buddy.") and an amusing bit in which Sami talks to baby Sydney as a way to breakthrough to EJ. But what we REALLY liked was Vivian's mid-week bits with her assistant Gus. She's so deliciously evil, and we so enjoyed the way Gus said "I've cleared your SHHHedule." British pronunciations are fun!
WTH? Moment: Is it us, or should Sami have seen right through Arianna's lies about Rafe's whereabouts? We like Arianna, we do -- but girl is not the best liar ... and Sami can read people a bit better than that, we're sure.
Best Moment: Hope and Carly's conversation. These are two characters who've never shared the screen before, and it was amazing to watch. Carly trying desperately to explain her side of the story, Hope assuming the worst in Bo ... we're sure there'll be ramifications of Carly's return to Salem in Bo and Hope's relationship for a long while to come.
Runner-up: EJ and Sami putting their (plentiful) differences aside and visiting Grace's grave to mourn together. It was nice to see a quiet moment between these two knowing that next week will blow up to epic proportions ...
Performer of the Week: Crystal Chappell as Carly Manning. The ups and downs she had to play this week -- getting Bo to help her, getting the third degree from Hope, having that horrible nightmare about Lawrence -- were always entertaining. We feel for Carly and her situation, and that's in large part to Crystal's portrayal.
Why We Love Days of our Lives This Week: Because only in Salem would a doctor perform a tracheotomy in the middle of Brady's Pub; because having Rafe back in town makes us very happy; and because tomorrow is the big Day of Days fan event!

Well, whatever it was he sure loves her behind now and after all the drama they actually look good together. Nicole's voice and whinnin' is realling starting to get her my nerves. Ha.. For real!
It wasn't really rape. If you remember, EJ told Sami he would help her save Lucas if she had sex with him. If she had said no, I'll save him myself, no sex would have happened. She didn't want to have sex with him, but that is blackmail sex, not rape.
I love Rafe & Sami, but I love Sami & EJ more. Sami had a thing for EJ from the beginning, while she was with Lucas.
She had willing sex with EJ after the" "rape". Maybe it was blackmail sex and not rape. Remember, he told her he would save Lucas if she had sex with him.
Why do you approve of a relationship that started out with rape. EJ was a monster to Sami and to let a beautiful realationship come out of such trama sends the wrong message. She was blackmailed and raped by EJ. Hate It!!
I must say I like Rafe and Sami together. I liked Brady and Ari, but it's obvious that he still has feelings for Nicole. I really enjoyed the scene with E.J. and Ari. They had great chemistry. I really think something is going to go on between them. E.J. needs a new woman and I think Ari fits the bill!
i dont care what ej father think. ej sami belong togather. ej please dont let your father change that ok . IAM SO GLAD THAT SAMI IS GOING NO THAT SENDY IS HER BABY AT LAST>>>so her and ej can get back togather. let nicol go on with the one that helped her with all them lie,s. BRADY.sami you and ej have all those baby,s togather, try to get along with each other ok. i want to think the writer,s so much for letting sami no about the baby swich at last. i cant waite to see it play. once again i say thank you. SAFE ROCKED this week, it's nice to have our couple back together and to watch an old-fashion love story mature in front of our eyes. It's nice to see two people enjoy each others company, stare into each others eyes, and can't keep their hands off one another. It's very, very refreshing!
