Oofta! We've waited SO long for Chloe to come out of her coma and declare her love for Daniel ... almost as long as we've waited for Sami to find out her baby is really alive, but that's another story. Anyway, with Chloe back among the living -- and recalling that Kate might somehow be involved in her poisoning -- things are sure to get heated for Ms. Roberts. Cue the Phoenix! Here's what to expect next week:
Free of comatose-ness, Chloe wonders what to do about Daniel -- and turns to Father Matt for guidance. She knows she's hurt Lucas, but she wants to be happy ... and won't happiness come easier when she's not married to a guy whose mother tried to poison you? Yeah, we thought so.
Lucas, meanwhile, blames Maggie for all of his problems. Hey now, guy -- don't criticize our Mags! We enjoy her so! She's been on the show since '73 and deserves respect! Anyway, point being, Maggie was OK with Chloe breaking her engagement to Lucas when he started to drink ... which we guess Lucas sees as the beginning of the end.
Kate has asked Stefano for help ... and boy, does she get some! All we have to say is, someone better cue up "Here Comes the Bride" before the week is out! Philip is less than pleased with her (we should say so), but Melanie -- of all people -- urges Philip to accept his mother as she is. All this Melanie/Philip time, however, leaves Nathan questioning whether Mr. Kiriakis is still interested in the erstwhile nursing student.
All this, PLUS: Hope tells Bo that she's leaving -- and she's taking Ciara. This is sure to devastate the police commissioner. Is he willing to admit he was wrong in how he handled Ciara's kidnapping -- even if he doesn't necessarily believe it? We cannot have a Hope/Bo breakup ... it'd be like a tear in the space/time continuum.
What are you most looking forward to next week?
