The baby-switching drama is thick on "Days" this week, despite Sami's intentions to clear things up. She tells Lucas that baby Grace is EJ's child, and she is fixing to tell EJ the same thing. It an uncharacteristically honest impulse from Sami ... even if she has no idea that it's not the truth at all. Making things even more complicated, Grace's actual mother, Mia, wants to get "her" baby (Sydney) back from Nicole. See, ladies, this is why baby-switching is such a bad idea. When the truth comes out, it's like trying to untangle a telephone cord. And as if Mia doesn't have Nicole's nerves frayed enough this week, Brady tries to convince her not to marry EJ. It's sound advice, but honestly, how much stress can one manipulative, baby-swapping woman take?
Meanwhile, Bo's worst nightmare comes true -- almost literally -- when Hope and Roman get stuck out on a stakeout in a hotel. Given Bo's constant dreams about Hope and Roman ending up in bed together, this is an ominous development indeed. But hey, maybe Hope and Roman will simply enjoy the room service and a little pay-per-view movie. A PG-rated movie, Bo! Calm down.
Elsewhere, Chelsea finds out that Max is applying to medical school. Considering this is Salem -- and time and space don't obey silly "rules" like they do everywhere else -- Max he should be performing emergency surgery within five weeks. Also, Philip and Stephanie finally get around to doing it (IT!), and the Brady Pub gets a hot new waitress. Maybe she'll give Dr. Daniel -- the World's Saddest Ladies' Man -- a reason to get flirty again.
Should Nicole listen to Brady's advice and not marry EJ?
