A troubling diagnosis for Stefano this week.

So, good news, Stefano DiMera fans! It turns out he wasn't poisoned by Victor after all. Uh ... except the bad news is that Stefano has diabetes instead. We're pretty sure that didn't come from Victor -- he's dastardly but not THAT dastardly. Lexie has to break the news to dear old evil dad, and Stefano is left to decide what to do about it. We're never ones to count out a DiMera, but it may take something more healthy than evil plotting to kick this latest foe.

Meanwhile, Sami continues to have way too much to deal with in her life. For one thing, she has to keep the truth about baby Grace's parentage (at least, the version of the truth that she knows) away from EJ. To that end, she gets Lucas to promise to keep that information under his hat -- even from Chloe. Not that Lucas and Chloe's marriage lacks for secrets anyway -- this week, Kate tells Daniel that she knows he had an affair with Chloe. We love how Kate has totally become Daniel's own personal Ghost of Girlfriends Past.

Back to Sami's troubles, though, and her relationship with Agent Rafe. This week, despite a brief reconciliation, Sami is dismayed to overhear Rafe profess his love ... to some lady named Arianna.
