Everybody's favorite rapscallion on "One Life to Live", David Vickers (Tuc Watkins), is returning this upcoming Tuesday, April 7th, in what should prove to be a very funny bit. Y'see, he's finally hit the big time … sort of. You'll have to wait and see, but trust us when we say it's hilarious -- and mortifying for Dorian, who's still trying to make Ray jealous.
