I too, believe David is in medical limbo, his knowledge of drugs is far from beyond of what is possible. He definetly is the Stephen King of medicine!

I think Liza did it, because she didn't want to be blackmailed by David, but again it could be Jake, the reason because of how Angie lost her eye sight. But who knows David is probably somewhere laughing it up at how everyone is trying to figure who dunnit.

i dont think david is dead. i think he is faking his own death to frame ryan... i thnk david will be back. i also think the coroner helped david fake his own "death".
