I just love David Canary and will definitely miss him and the
Adam Chandler character. I hope he will leave with Brooke if in fact she is not going to be staying on. He should be talked about often, Brooke also and come back for any joyous or important occasions in Pine Valley. He deserves to retire and enjoy his family! I will miss him as I have missed Brooke.

I hope David Canary enjoys his retirement! I have enjoyed his portrayal of Adam and Stuart Chandler. He deserves a lifetime achievement award for his great work on All My Children!

Oh No! Things won't be the same in Pine Valley without Adam. I can't ever remember not watching All My Children!! I schedule my day around it...we are all going to miss you David. I even remember watching you on Bonanza, when I was a kid, I thought Candy was a cool charactor too! Please don't let them kill you off...I would much rather know you are somewhere else, and come back to visit often!

I can not imagine a day with out David . I have been watching the show for alot of years to many to remember. I wish him a lot of wonderful retirement but is I am very sad to see him leave. Good luck in your retirement.I miss you already Sadie

Adam has been part of the Legacy of All My Children. I can't imagine an episode without him.. His sneeky manipulating character will leave a definate void in this family. I hope also that Adam will not be killed off... but maybe go to California to be with his long lost family... but always there in the background to keep an eye on JR...

YEAH.. Annie is going to get what she deserves... I have been waiting for her to have her fairy tale jerked from under her.

The show won't be the same without Adam. He's been my favorite character years, perfectly played by David Canary. I loved his battles with Palmer and his fierce protectiveness of Stuart. Adam is the guy you love to hate, every bit as devilish as J.R. Ewing, but with a bigger heart. I don't know if I want to keep watching without Adam. I hope the writers send him off in a respectful manner worthy of his stature and not have him die from a poisoned pancake or some other lunacy. While I'm heartsick to see Adam go, I wish Mr. Canary a happy retirement, and I thank him for all the years of pleasure watching him on TV have brought.

This is very sad for me. David Canary is such a major part of Pine Valley and All My Children. What will we do withoug him? I am very happy for him and being able to spend time with his family and have the time to do some things he has wanted to do but was too busy. He is the only "bad guy" that I have ever liked. Because you can still see his goodness sparkling through those eyes. He has that kindness sparkle deep in there. Anyway... how can anyone fill those shoes. It will have to be a very special person if they find someone. I want to wish him and his family the very best of everything, and I hope ADAM won't die so he can come back and visit. Hope Adam isn't killed off, so Canary can return from time to time. Perhaps he catches crazy Annie in plot to kill Brooke, rescues her, but winds-up in jail, when he covers for Colby's plotting. Meanwhile, Brooke gains control of Chandler fortune, Tempo, and Fusion causing Erica and Greenlee to unite forces, albeit unsuccesfully. It's long overdue for the great Phoebe's neice to take over as the queen and powerhouse on AMC.

Everyone will miss Adam. You never know what he is going to do next. Whatever they have planned will be something BIG that Pine Valley will never forget.I have faith that JR and Colby can do the best of whatever it is that they have to do.What about Scott? Will he and Annie get caught in the act? I can't wait to see....

david (adam) u have worked hard ....but it's hard to see you go... the show is not going to be the same as when susan leaves someday... please don't be a stranger and come and visit sometimes ... enjoy your new freedom and remember we all love u and wish u the best ... just don't let them kill u off .tell Jr he has a big shoe to fill and we will miss u
