NEW: Another week, another "name" actor signing on to Y&R. Seven-time Razzie award nominee Sean Young (Blade Runner; No Way Out) has signed on to play Meggie, a bartender somehow tied up in a mystery with Victor. Look for Sean to arrive in June. [STORY]

Legendary TV personality David Hasselhoff is coming home to The Young and the Restless and the role of Snapper Foster he played nearly 30 years ago. Spencer -- and The Hoff -- will be back in Genoa City this June. [STORY]

Former Guiding Light star Marcy Rylan will step in as the new Abby Carlton. Abby (heretofore played by Haley Erin) will be aged to her early 20s. Marcy began taping on April 5th. [STORY]

Look for Andrea Evans to return to Genoa City -- not as Patty Williams, the role she used to play. Patty's got a whole new face now, of course. Andrea will instead be reprising her Bold and the Beautiful role as Amber's mom, Tawny. [ Check out a sneak peek photo here!]

Speaking of Amber, Adrienne Frantz has announced that her time on Y&R is coming to an end. As to her further claims that she'll be re-joining the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful, we'll keep you posted.
