NEW: Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos will be bringing Haley and Mateo back to Pine Valley to coincide with AMC's 40th anniversary on January 4th and 5th. [STORY]
NEW: Finn Wittrock has been cast as Damon, the father of Liza's adopted baby. He first airs on October 30th. [STORY]
Enjoy the quiet intensity of Zach Slater while you can folks -- Thorsten Kaye will sadly not be staying on with the show when it makes its big move to L.A. What that means for Zach and Kendall (Alicia Minshew begins her maternity leave in November) remains to be seen. [STORY]
But as one favorite prepares to leave, it looks like one will return: Rebecca Budig -- last seen when Greenlee took a long motorcycle ride to the great beyond (or did she??) -- will return to the show. Look for her to start taping even before the show moves to L.A. after December 11. No word yet on how Greens returns, but stay tuned! [STORY]
Also in light of the L.A. move, original cast member Ray McaDonnell (Joe Martin) is choosing to retire rather than relocate. The good news is -- bearing story needs and actor availability -- he may still make occasional appearances as Joe. [STORY]

You guys really need to do what it takes to keep Zach on the show. I have been watching SOAPS for over 45 years....since I was a little kid with my mom. He is one of the most interesting actors of daytime TV. I also think you guys need to think about your responsiblity to society. In my opinion each SOAP should feel responsible to keep at least one young couple together no matter what. Yes they can have problems like Zach & Kendall, but they should stay together. You guys have more of an effect on society than people realize. And Zach & Kendall are great actors with outstanding chemistry.
Can't WAIT to see BETHANN BONNER back in action. I've missed her freshness! She was great on OLTL and will no doubt bring a new "game" to AMC! Looking forward to her return!

oh god please no.. Okay im all for the little reunion ok but please don't let them stay on as permanent characters. I couldn't not stomaach another Haley and Mateo saga. That's one story line that shouuld remain dead. And I'm salty they had Adam shoot his own brother, not believeable give the audience more credit AMC sheesh

omg nomore zache and kendell no this cannot be happening.i so wish life was like soaps bring back the dead but glad greenly coming back her second time coming back from death.when she came back before ryan was wit kendell now she coming back to find out he hooked up wit erica and they was never close bringing her back to torment her why.just dont let ryan hook up wit erica give her back to jacks please ryan is her grandson dad not looking good at all.again i ask what kind of heart does the writter have uuuuuuuuggggggg yuuuukkkkkkkkkk

Sad to hear Thorsten won't be joining the show in LA. I love watching him also. But I am real excited to hear that Rebecca is coming back. I love her. I hate the Ryan/Erica storyline. Yeah to Rebecca. Can't wait.
One Life to live isgetting very interesting with the murders going around. Jared is always there when someone is murdered. Kim & Stacy needs to back off of Gigi & schyler. They need to get a life of their own.
