"One Tree Hill" star Chad Michael Murray is getting busy behind-the-scenes. Entertainment Weekly reports that the cast is currently shooting an episode the actor penned -- and he'll be taking after his show parents Moira Kelly and Paul Johansson by directing this season as well.
Chad, 27, told CW Source at the Teen Choice Awards, "I wrote a black and white '30s film noir piece. It's kind of a 'Casablanca' meets 'Dick Tracy,' and Mark [Schwahn, the show's head writer] really loved it. I took all six years [of the series] and kind of incorporated different aspects of it and then set it in the '30s."
He added that the episode will be a "whodunnit." Our early money's on Dan, 'cause, you know ... dude's evil.
What other actors would you like to see get more involved in "Tree Hill" production?
