Grandparents-to-be Colleen Zenk Pinter and Mark Pinter from "As the World Turns" and "General Hospital."

In case you haven't heard, or don't stay up late enough to see his show, Carson Daly is going to be a daddy! We guess he'll have no trouble keeping that weight off once he's chasing after a little one.

His girlfriend is Siri Pinter, the youngest daughter of soap legends Colleen Zenk Pinter and Mark Pinter. You know Colleen as hot mess/occasional psycho/fashion designer Barbara Ryan on "As the World Turns" which is where she met husband Mark.

Mark's probably most famous for playing Grant Harrison on "Another World" but he's also been seen (usually as a villain!) on "All My Children," (he was Greenlee's evil adoptive daddy) "Guiding Light," oldie but goodie "Love of Life," and SOAPnet staff fave "Loving." (We just recounted what happened to the cast of "Loving's" bastard stepchild, "The City" Did you see?)

Mark will continue to work toward his soap opera hat trick when he joins the cast of "General Hospital" on December 11th as federal agent Thomas Raynor who gets involved with Jason and Sam. Which, you know, just means trouble.
