A few months ago, Vincent Pastore revealed he was a "General Hospital" fan. Given that he's best known for his role as "Big Pussy" Bonpensiero on "The Sopranos," Vincent wondered why he hadn't made a visit to the mob-friendly town of Port Charles. Everybody realized it was a great idea and boom: Tomorrow, Vincent starts a run on the show.

Who's he playing? Maximus Gaimbetti, dad to Jason's bodyguards Max (Dirk Cheetwood) and Milo. Maximus is a big time mobster who's been out of the country for a while; he sets out for a Port Charles visit to see his sons. Here's where the awesome part comes in: Max, in a bid to impress daddy, has lied that HE is in charge of the Port Charles mob. Which, um, is so not the truth.

Desperate, Max begs everyone to go along with his lie. Best of all, he wants Jason to pretend to be his bodyguard. Which Jason (Steve Burton) -- who, despite being a tough guy, has a heart of gold -- agrees to do. We don't even need to tell you how funny all these scenes are.
