Like Sam on "General Hospital," Natalie on "One Life to Live" has gotten stuck in a pit.

So on yesterday's "General Hospital," Sam (Kelly Monaco) -- our favorite leather jacket-wearer (next to Jason) -- found herself in another wacky situation: Russian mobsters were trying to kill her! Luckily, she escaped -- but only because she fell down a pit! Which got us thinking: Who on our beloved daytime shows HASN'T fallen down a pit (or a well, or a ditch)? Whereas the only real-life well survivor we can think of is Baby Jessica, the only things more common on the daytime landscape are brain tumors that cause hallucinations!

To celebrate "GH" going back to the well (for lack of a better term), here are some other instances of people getting stuck in holes and whatnot.
