Yes, all your favorites gather for a festive Thanksgiving feast this week. But as this is Oakdale, drama's just around the corner.

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, Thursday (11/26) and Friday's (11/27) episodes of As The World Turns will be preempted. Yes, it's a bummer -- but at least it'll give you a chance to digest your turkey dinner thoroughly (not to mention brave the shopping crowds!). But the good folks of Oakdale are packing as much drama as they can into next week's three episodes, and here's what you can expect:

Jack confronts Simon about coming back to Oakdale -- and helping Katie -- but Simon is reluctant to do so, natch. Too much history there. And when Simon up and disappears, Jack takes it hard. Look for Carly to try and comfort him -- and for Janet to find the pair together in Pittsburgh. How will she take it?

Meanwhile, Katie is still a mess -- and when she asks her doc for some sleeping pills, Ghost Brad does his best to keep her from accidentally harming herself. Will she EVER get to see his apparition like Henry does?

The Hughes family (including Nancy! A Nancy sighting!), and its various offshoots, gathers for a Thanksgiving feast ... and that includes Carly and Jack, who make it back to Oakdale in time to celebrate with family. But it's not quite a happy ending ...

All this, PLUS: Kim offers Molly a job at WOAK, while Holden offers her a place to stay (and that's despite -- or perhaps because of -- the whole Lily situation). Looks like Molly's settling in, eh?
