All My Children Week in Review: Week of 8/30/10
Funniest Moment: Caleb may not know about how to handle a fire, but he is a pro with children. His interaction with Miranda prior to the fire was too cute. When he asked Miranda why she was laughing, she said, "You, pretending to be mean." Caleb then tickled his little buddy, and she broke out in giggles. It may not have been a laugh-out-loud moment, but it was genuine and gave us another dimension to Caleb. Bianca was right when she said to him, "You actually care about something other than yourself."
WTH? Moment: Fire Safety 101 -- if you smell smoke, get out! Thank goodness Angie and Caleb managed to save Miranda, but why did Angie perform her magic right there in Wildwind's living room as the smoke kept coming? No wonder Caleb is still coughing! Did it ever occur to them that they should treat Miranda outside? Pine Valley Hospital should hold a special class on fire safety and prevention ... but don't let Dr. Hubbard teach it!
Best Moment: Could Annie and Marissa be the Erica and Brooke of the new generation? Of course no one can compare to Erica (if we said anything different, she'd kill us), but Annie and Marissa are pretty sweet. Fireworks went off when they ran into each other at Krystal's. Marissa said to Annie, "I guess I'm supposed to say congratulations." Annie replied, "Well, my groom is back at the hotel if you want to say congratulations yourself ... and throw yourself at him again." Annie then accused Marissa of sleeping with the man she loves to get back at her. Which, wow, is self-involved. But very in the vein of Erica and some of her best lady rivals.

Did any one notice that when Angie was treating Amanda for smoke inhalation, she never put the stethoscope in her ears?
Frankie's friendship with Madison is beyond ridiculous. It makes Frankie come across like a complete moron. We should be watching Frankie and Randi in their own storyline, but instead we are being subjected to this bogus, forced, ludicrous friendship.
Oh..My..Gosh...I still haven't watched the whole week of AMC, but to find out that someone has killed my man!!! Yeah, he's mentally unstable, probably psychotic, but so dang creepy that I just love him! I got the chills when he ran into Angie at the park. To everyone who wants David and Annie to die, I say to you: Go watch re-runs of Full House and be happy. A soap requires that you have some villians, and AMC has some pretty good ones. Well, had.....
I'm glad that David is gone. I wish that Angie would recover 100 percent
THANK GOD.....David finally dies...YESSSS! And do not birng him back as his "nice twin". Sick of him and glad he's gone. Now kill off Annie, Madison, Bianca, Liza, Caleb, Asher, Colby, Damon, Marissa, the Mayor and Scott and get the soap back to what it use to be! You will not see me cry over his leaving the show...Baby Gabrielle plays a more believable role these these people do.
My money is on Madison because she was sick of Ryan running to Greenlee's rescue all due to David's manipulation. But Frankie is going to cover for her in the end which is going to cause serious issues for he and Randi's marriage. Ryan didn't kill him..he's the person most obvious and of course did not do it.
Can someone PLEASE put Marissa's snibbling soul out of her misery. Just kill her off...AND SOON. I am tired of her crying the entire hour.
I guess Angie no longer have to worry about David trying to force her out of her her position any longer huh?
ok I believe the mayor killed David. He was having a affair with her, she always jumped when he ask her too. When she discovered that David was stringing her along, she killed in a fit of rage. Love Caleb and Krystal togather. JR is his father's son. I like it.
madison? hmm...maybe.. but the last one with him was Ryan.. and you gotta wonder where did Frankie suddenly run off to?
I am so glad that David is gone....nasty man...AND I think that Madison did it....and Ryan will try to protect her....Ryan doesn't really love Madison as much as she loves him....she will probably try to hold him to her because she killed David....Ah ha!
Oh please, Annie on the level of Erica? Annie is simply a tramp who kills people and gets away with it. There's nothing to Annie but sluttiness and murderous qualities. And Marissa, while the ONLY one maintaining an ounce of dignity and self-respect in that horrific, sleazy quad, is simply way too milquetoast.
