All My Children: Week in Review for October 26, 2009

Complete with a monstrous costume party and creepy haunted mansion, All My Children was certainly full of tricks and treats this week. Check out our take on Halloween in Pine Valley.

 

Why We Love All My Children This Week: OK, so we usually save this category for the end (you know, that whole save the best for last thing ... ), but we just can't wait. Must still be on a Halloween high thanks to today's episode! That Halloween party at ConFusion was wickedly entertaining. From sexy mummies (Jake and Amanda), to Gomez and Morticia Addams (Tad and Krystal), to Cruella De Liza, each costume was divine. (Mad props to the hair and makeup department!) And with all the turmoil that has been going on in the Valley, this party -- though still drama-filled -- was a welcome change of pace.

I totally agree with Anniday! I have been watching AMC since 1971, and I used to love it. Lately the story lines are beyond ridiculous! Hey guys, you'll never win a Daytime Emmy with this kind of writing! I am excited that Haley and Mateo will be back for the 40th anniversary show, though. Unfortunately, it'll only be for 2 episodes.

All My Children doesn't have to wait to get to California before they lose viewers. All these story lines are beyond stupid and I have stopped watching most days. I didn't watch 3 days last week & when I tuned in today to see if I'd missed anything. . .Well, I didn't. The whole Stewart/Adam thing is really too stupid for words. Erica and Ryan! OMG! I am beginning to feel like most other people. . . . . . . ..YUCK! Ryan has been passed around to all of the women in Pine Valley and Erica has had her way with all the men. You'd think 2 hoes together would be grand. NOT!!!! Zack and Kendall, too. As well as Adam, Annie, Scott and DAVID. I'm sick of seeing all their faces, so I'll just tune them out now. I have been a viewer for over 35 years and hate that the writers can't come up with something more creative and watchable. This stuff is beyond believable and is truly laughable! Shame on you writers, you've killing this show with a slow death.

I get that the writers enjoy taking good people (Annie)and making them hateful, but what they did with Annie to make the viewers okay with putting Greenlee and Ryan back together was just wrong. Remember Kendall was a real biotch when she first showed up in PV. Greenlee was no girl next door either, but how quickly they forget. Now, with his Adam killing Stewart mess give me a break. All this time and this is the best they could come up with. That is soooooo not worth watching. Aiden,Aiden,Aiden maybe you will have better luck with your native women cause girls in PV just don't appreciate you.

Could you please wrap up adam issue about him killing his brother we all know it a accident please clear that up and go on to something else it boring. I want to see kendall go after her mother eric about ryan date her ex man.
