All My Children Sneak Peek: Week of 8/8/11

At last, Kendall and Zach will be reunited! After so much time apart, one of Pine Valley's ultimate couples are back together -- but it's far from smooth sailing getting there. Zach's going to have to fight for his life, and both David and Greenlee are going to have to put their differences aside to save him. What condition will he be in when Kendall finally sees him?

 

It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for – Tad and Dixie reunited! But what does this mean for Cara? Look for some tense interactions between the three of them -- Tad, Dixie, and Cara -- but the ultimate question may rest with Tad: are things over with Cara now that his late wife has come back to him?

 

Meanwhile, JR is in for the shock of his life when he sees his Dixie alive. And this time, he'll know she's real. The mother-and-child reunion couldn't come at a better time, as Dixie is going to have to save her son from his latest descent into alcohol.

 

With Amanda preparing to check in to the hospital for her cancer treatments, she'll end up turning to the person you'd least expect to be able to support her: her mom. But while Janet may be from Another Planet, she also could surprise her daughter with the exact kind of love and support she needs.

 

All this, plus Erica and Jack decide whether they want to help Jane out or send her to prison, and Angie continues to see a better side to David Hayward.

I was really disappointed to see Tad holding back with Dixie due to his feelings for Cara. Come AMC writers..this guy never got over Dixie..a recent Memorial service was held, etc., etc....and now she's back from the dead and he suddenly decides it's Cara he wants? I don't think so.

I think that if Babe does come from the dead it will be so intresting just to see how she will take to the fact that her own sister is having her son...(Babes son) call Marisa "Mommy".
I never thought that was right. As for Jr., I think his mother will have some effect on his drinking...but babe will be the one who makes him quit cold Turkey !!! Thats why I am hoping Babe will return too. She'll slap some sense in Jr.
Kendal needs to stop being such a "you know what" towards Griff. All that poor guy is doing is trying to make sure Zach is or isn't alive before he moves forward in a realationship with Kendal. Kendal should at least have some doubt, being so 1 "dead" person came back to life.
Annie needs to get more involved...then get crazy again.
I would also like to see Mara find out about Lucy......I want Jesse to pay for what he has done to her and his wife ! He's not a very good guy who is a suspose to be a man of the law !!!!! where"s Caleb been ?????

I think this whole storyline with the orpheus project is great, they should have done this months ago, then maybe the show wouldn't have been cancelled! I hope Tad and Dixie get back together. But what does David have in store for Dixie now that he's run into her in the park? I can't wait until Zach and Kendall are reunited, that's going to be sweet. JR should be happy his mother is alive, and that alone should be enough of a reason to stop drinking. I think Erica should throw Jane to the wolves after what she did to her. She should be punished. She tooks months of Erica's life. Plus stopped her from marrying Jack. I wonder if David saved Babe, too?

Ive never really liked David but congrats to him!,he's finaly doing something good instead of evil. Dixie's return is so overdo! And why is Tad trying to bring out the Cad? How could he hesitate putting his family back together for the sake of his precious daughter? How many mothers has the poor child had? He should be kicking Crystal out and breaking things off with Cara,,not leading her on! They are not a cute couple!Tad looks like an old disgusting PERV with her!If Kendall can drop handsome sexy Griff for Zach with 1/4 of the history together as Tad &Dixie,,then Tad shouldnt procrastinate getting back with the TRUE LOVE of his life! Baby Kate deserves to be raised with her REAL parents together!

Seriously loving AMC!!! Favorite Soap!!! ♥♥♥ Please let the Zach story line of him not remembering his life be quick and temporary. Would like to see him and Kendall reunite with both of them on the same page. Love that Dixie is back. I didn't like Cara and Tad together anyway because Jake is his freaking brother and Cara is his brothers ex-wife. Where dey do dat at?? lol. But so far definitely so good. I hope Babe comes back too so that Marissa can finally look stupid. Bring the real mother of JRs son back to Pine Valley. I really don't like that Marissa is gay or that Bianca is gay. UGh but oh well
