Because Annie was with her daughter in her room when the shot went off. Then ran out to the hall way. there was Adam dumb founded..she took him to the addic and then ema came in. Annie told her to stay with adam and not go anywhere. then she went to look and came back and got the three of them to safty...Ha! I think Adam killed Stuart. Adam was wandering around the house all drugged up and when he saw Stuart dressed in his (Adam's)clothes he thought it was himself. He had those thoughts about deserving to die to be punished for everything he had done to make the whole town hate him. He pulled the trigger and shot Stuart thinking that he was shooting himself. That would explain the voice we heard when Stuart was shot.

Kendel is always so stupid, she never listens to anyone especially Zack. Like why doesn't Zack just pimp slap her one time and get her to wake up to reality. SDhe over reacts to every thing. When they were starting to get together I thought they were the greatest but then she just started bugging, and much too over the top with Ryan. He is another one. Does anybody think he is too righteous but me. Who makes him the king of everything. He pushed his way into Aniies life and then robbed her daughter. He is always talking about other people and then doing the same wrong and calling it right.
I think Emma killed Stuart, that little girl is touched. Why would her mother keep telling her to forget what she saw. Its either her or Adam.
