Greenlee's problems with her wicked stepdaughter are about to take a serious backseat, because Ryan find out that she hid the truth about Madison's pregnancy from him. For Ryan, it's a huge betrayal, and for Greenlee, it could be the end for this relationship she's fought for. Is there any way she can make it right?
Meanwhile, Kendall continues her plan to lead Ricky on romantically in the hopes that he'll reveal something incriminating about what he did to Zach. Griffin's not at all happy about Kendall putting herself at risk like this, but he's willing to help her anyway, so he can protect her. As much as someone like Kendall is willing to let herself be protected! So what happens when Kendall and Ricky's date progresses to romance in the bedroom?
Erica is trying anything she can think of to escape her tastefully-appointed prison. This week, she devises one particular plan that -- if it backfires -- could reveal the most shocking moment of her life.
Jesse is still struggling with the baby swap -- especially with his memories of the baby – his daughter – that died. But this week, look for a breakthrough moment for Jesse and little Lucy.
Plus JR and Scott clash when JR plans to tear down the gatehouse where Stuart lived, and Liza wonders why, if things are so casual between her and David, David is covering up their relationship to Greenlee.
How about a look at what's to come in the month of May?
*Erica finally comes face-to-face with her captor and finds out the true motivation for her abduction. We'll say this: Erica Kane has NEVER faced anything quite so extreme ever. Trust us – this story is about to take a turn in a direction that’s a first for Erica Kane (if you can believe it).
*Ricky proposes to Kendall, and since Kendall is trying to keep up the charade, she accepts! How far WILL she go to avenge Zach's death?
*Tad realizes he has feelings for Cara. Does she return them?
*The conflicts surrounding Ryan. Greenlee, Madison, and Scott lead Madison to go into premature labor, where the life of her and Ryan's baby is a risk.
*Bianca and Marissa team up when they hear Miranda's being bullied at school. But is something more going to happen between them?

AMC has never been better. ABC should really rethink this move. More food shovvs? Pls. vvhat is the food channel for? Please reconsider.....& also think about all of the people you vvill be leaving vvithout vvork.
I totally AGREE with Kirriko, I have been watching AMC from day 1, I record them EVERY DAY. even when I'm going to be out of town for the entire WEEK; my SOAPS are my glass of wine after a long stressful day at work. I was looking forward to being able to sit and watch them when I retires at the end of the year.... ABC will not see me tuning in to any of their programs. I am boycotting ABC and many, many of my friends here at work feel the same way.Look how many major stars started out on the SOAPS!!! Look @ all the folks who show up at the soap events you have. What is wrong with U people????? Keep AMC & One Life 2 Live....I can believe that when you cancel OLTL it won't sit well with Snoop Dog either since he makes guest apperances on this show, recall reading that he enjoys this show too. Is there any thing WE the VIEWERS can DO to STOP THIS????
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MICHAEL E KNIGHT{TAD} ON 5/07/2001.
I am so upset about losing my favorite soapAMC come September. I hope another station picks it up. I have been a fan since that 1st day. It has kept me going through out my life when I had problems. An episode of AMC always cheered me up. It's like a therapy session without paying hundreds of dollars. I had just had a baby in 1969 and watched every soap on TV. Ryans Hope, AMC OLTL, GH , Taped Another World , The Doctors, Dynasty, I am a soap addict and I need my daily fix. Someone elses life was the ticket for me, who couldn't get out much. I will miss my soaps. But ABC will not see me tuning in to any of their programs. I am boycotting ABC. " Not a satisfied consumer"
