All My Children Sneak Peek: Week of 4/18/11

The possibility of a miracle cure hangs before Angie ... but what does it mean for Jesse and the baby swap. David Hayward wants to try an experimental surgery on Angie that might restore her sight. Two issues with that: 1) Can David even remotely be trusted, especially when it comes to the Hubbards? And 2) If she does regain her sight, will she be able to tell that the baby in her arms isn't hers?

 

Meanwhile, Erica's been kidnapped! Look for the industrious Ms. Kane to try to deal, bargain, or just plain escape her way out of her predicament. But her unseen captor has one threat: call off her wedding to Jack, or her family will suffer.

 

With her mother kidnapped and Griffin still in danger for his life, Kendall's suspicions fall on Ricky this week. This week, she and Ryan will go after the proof that will nail Ricky to the wall. Meanwhile, Griffin needs to get out of jail to escape his would-be killers. Will this mean leaving the country too?

 

Bianca also finds herself in a vulnerable place this week, with everything going on in her family. Look for her to get comforted by Marissa -- and of course wherever Marissa goes lately, JR isn't too far behind. JR thinks Bianca is putting in a good word for him with Marissa, but is that what's really going on?

 

All this, plus Scott finds that he's not being given too many second chances in the business world -- so he turns to JR; and Krystal is there to console Jack when Erica goes missing -- does it go further than that?

Oh please don't tell me my 2 fav shows are leaving????????? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I only watch one show and AMC is it. Please Soapnet pick them up!!!!!!!!!????????

What lowlife woulld stoop to threatening Erica's kids to keep her and Jack apart? A skank like Kwak or a loser like Cooney I bet. We better get Jerica before the end of this show.

Thanks @olebroad1. I'm going to call AND send snail mail. You're right that a few thousand won't matter. They need to be bombarded. Everyone please, do your part while there's still a chance to save this show.

Don't complain on here. The PTB do not read these posts. If you want them to know you don't want thses shows cancelled, write or call ABC. You can go to ABC.com and click on 'contact us' or call 1-818-460-7477. A mere 1000 or 2000 will not get their attention. We need THOUSANDS of fans to let them know!!

I never thought in my days to think that ABC was so Dumb as to get RID of the best day time shows sure maybe their rating are down so get new writers but just to get rid of them just to put some dumb health show on air thats why we have Dr I do know many people are going to stop watching ABC or Fox411 because of this and I for one will too!!! I been a fan of AMC and OLTL since they first AIR I used to watch GH but it just was going down the tube ,It is the biggest mistake ABC ever made LOL.

I was shocked to hear that both AMC & One Life to Live are being cancelled. No matter what is happening in my life, I always have Pine Valley & it's residents for 1 hr per day. There has to be something we as fans can do. There are plenty of other shows on t.v. that need to be cancelled. Where can we write, call or sign a petition?

I have been watching All my Children and One life to live since I was a junior in high school, that is 40+ years!! I record them daily, and every evening watching them is my glass of wine, my STRESS reliever. I have gone on business trips, and vacations but I will still record them and while I am unpacking I'm looking at my SOAPS!! If there is a petition around I will sign it; Please can the shows be sold to another network, anything to keep them on the air.
