To answer your question Reese would only have rights to Gaby, if she has any rights at all, because Bianca, Reese and Zack had an agreement. Zack was a one time donor, he did it to help Reese and Bianca have a baby. If Reese legally adopted Gaby and Maranda it is possible that she get coustosy(With Maranda it depends on how long she has been a parent to her). Just like with JR and Marissa and AJ, Marissa is not AJ's biological mother her sister Babe is the biological mother, but Babe is dead and Marissa legally adopted AJ. I studied to work kinda like a P.I.(not soical services)but it is only with Parents in coustody battles. I investigate to see which parent is more intertwined with their child, in a lot of cases its joint coustody. So it just end up that Reese gets coustody of Gaby, I doubt that she will get Maranda.

i think that zach must of asked griffin to keep an eye on kendall just in case something happened to him. so maybe thats why he's following her around so much. and sooner or later greenlee and ryan will come to her resue. madison and scott deserve happiness i just hopes she never finds out that greenlee hired him to keep her from ryan. and erica is to old for all these games just get married all ready.

I must admit I didn't start out believing Ricky as a bad guy. But he has pulled it off. I just hope he is not so bad that he ends up killed off. I really like him. And as for Griff the doctor. Not believable one bit. Well maybe as a control freak alpha dog stalker. I'm sure he is a great guy and all.......but there is no chemistry with Kendall or any other character on there. There is no reason for the whole story line of him or his sister. It is nice to watch Amanda freak out though.
Lovin Scott and Madison, please keep them happy and together. Let him raise the baby as his own and don't use the kid needing a kidney and the only match is the Dad story happen. Ryan is so over the top boring. And I love the way he is blaming everyone in town, JR and Madison and whoever else he wants to blame for not doing his job. He should be raising his kid and keeping an eye on Annie. Once again, please keep Scott and Madison together. They are a nice and sweet breath of fresh air on this tired and boring show.

How many times is erica going to get married? she has been married more than anyone on the show. Marry one person and try to make it work. and stop marrying so many people so many times. i am so glad that colby found out that her mother slept with her boyfriend. that's a line you just don't cross. i will be glad when emma comes home to be with her dad and greenlee. but the truth needs to come out that ryan is about to be a dad again with madison. i also think david needs to be in jail for helping annie kidnap emma. i hope that kendall finds out the truth about zack's death before it's too late. and i hope she don't get hurt physically in the process

My thought is that Griffin and Kendall should NEVER become a couple. They are as mismatched as two people can possibly get, and not in an "opposites attract" kind of way. And his constant hovering over her is going from beyond annoying to creepy and stalkerish.

What SHOULD happen is that Kendall catches Ricky in his lies, realizes who he is, then finds out that Zach isn't really dead and brings him home. Kendall has always been a strong, resilient woman, never a damsel in distress needing a man to save her. She doesn't need Griffin or anyone else to ride in to her rescue. All she needs is the love of her life and father of her children to return.

Hello everyone.....Just my thought: I believe Greenlee should be exposed for help with hiding the pregnancy with Madison's. Griff and Kendall should become a couple after he catches the fake minister in all the lies and the truth about Zack's death is revedaled. Cara and Tadd marriage should be done by the fake minister so her and Jake could one day live happily ever after. while pretending to be inlove with Tadd, Cara and Jake should secretly have an affair where they find they never stopped lovin each other. Amanda is captured by the war lords and Tadd leaves to investigate. Krystal and Jackson is beautiful together and Erica needs time alone. Caleb and his son has been going on too long, have them finally get alone and forgive one another!
