All My Children Sneak Peek: Week of 2/21/11
Uh-oh, Kendall. That seemingly nice Reverend Ricky Torres you've been hanging out with is not a Reverend, and certainly not nice. In fact, he had something to do with Zach's death. Will Kendall be able to bust him before it's too late?
Amanda proves she's capable of causing just as much trouble as her mother when the Immigration agents she called come to Pine Valley looking for Cara. Get this -- they think Cara might be a terrorist! Anyway, the only way to keep Cara in the country is if she gets married. Enter Tad, who is willing to make Cara wife #8.
And what about Jake and Amanda? "Oops, I purposefully called the Feds on your ex" is probably not going to soothe Jake when he finds out what happened.
Across town, Ryan, Greenlee and JR are all frantically searching for Annie, who has kidnapped Emma. When they realize David helped her get out of town, all hell breaks loose.
Make sure to tune in on Thursday, February 24th to see a special guest appearance by Wendie Malick of Hot in Cleveland fame. She'll be going head to head with Erica Kane herself! It's all part of the AMC/Hot in Cleveland crossover , which, obvs, you need to learn more about.
All this plus Colby finally finds out that her mom, Liza, slept with her boyfriend. And to say she completely flips out is the understatement of the year. Even worse? Colby finds out Asher knew about all this -- and didn't tell her.

I think that Kendall will finally hook up with Griffin, I don't want her with the phony Reverend.
As for Erica, enough of trying to make this a triangle, IMO there's no doubt that Jerca should just hook up, and get married. I kind of like Caleb with Opal, I think that they'd be a fun couple to watch. JMO.
Sooo Greenlee is up to her old tricks of using David. IMO David will be envolved with getting Emma back.
I just hope that Greenlee doesn't find a way to once more make David look like it was all his fault.
Ok. so Thorsten Kaye has been gone for months, and Griffin has been shoved down our throats ever since. And yet I notice that the bulk of the posts here and on FB are not oohing and ahhing over him falling for Kendall, Most of us want Thorsten back. Hint hint!!!
Can we pls talk abt how disgusting this Cara/Jake/Amanda storyline is??? OMFG, I am sooooo sick of these writers ripping apart couples with AMAZING CHEMISTRY. During Jake and Amanda's wedding, I told my friend that they could def be the next power couple of AMC...and then they pull this BS?! How the heck believeable is it that a man would take sides against his wife, with his ex-wife...and the 2nd wife doesn't kick his arse?! For weeks I've been throwing up in my mouth everytime Cara & Jake have a scene together, making doe-eyes at each other. YUCK! Now you writers are making a disgustingly obvious attempt to make Amanda the bad girl?!!!! WHY WHY WHY!!??!! Why muck up a perfectly good character by not allowing her to grow and change, that's what used to make this show so amazing, the characters. Now you writers have all but ruined the most important thing about this show. There needs to be consistency with the characters' idiosyncracies. It is essential to the success of the show and you writers have mutilated it to the point of no return. It's so sad, because AMC was once the BEST soap on television, IMHO
I'm already tired of Kendall with Griffin. Is there no one else in Pine Valley she can share scenes with? No one? He hovers endlessly over her, and really, how often does her blood pressure need to be taken? It's getting to the point of ridiculousness, writers. If you can't come up with a better reason for this guy to be around Kendall, then you need to scrap this story and come up with something else. Personally, I'd like to see Griffin with someone in his own age group and who has something more in common with him than...than...I'm sorry--just what does Kendall have in common with him again?

I think Annie will have at least one more show only because she has Emma. And Ryan and Jessie won't stop until they find Emma. Annie's exit will probably be one of three ways....... 1) She gets put into a mental health center 2) She goes to jail or 3) She dies trying to keep Emma with her without being caught
But I don't think that the producers would be stupid enough to have her exit taking Emma and then they both are never seen again
