The paternity of Trevor as David's has never been confirmed by DNA - just the estimated sonograms that said the baby was not JR's. I think David knows from that pediatric visit that Trevor is not his - blood type or something. So this new baby contract would give him the child he wants. Trevor is Jake's - I just know it.
And we all knew Adam was the killer of Stuart - BIG surprise. It was only a question of how long the writers could drag out a two or three week storyline - which was apparently for five months! Thank goodness for DVR - I kept up to speed by watching about 20 minutes of each show and fast-forwarding the rest!
