All About Ross Rayburn
On "One Life to Live," Blair has tracked down the secret Tea's been trying to keep bottled up ever since returning to Llanview: Ross Rayburn, Tea's surfer-bum island lover ... and husband. While Blair rubs her hands together in glee and practically experiences choice paralysis from the number of ways she could use this information to deep-six Ms. Delgado, we thought we'd take the opportunity to catch the rest of y'all up on who this Ross Rayburn is and what we know about him. You have questions, we have (some) answers!
Are we supposed to remember this guy?
Yep! Though not looking the way he does now. In Ross's previous incarnation on the show, he was played by Shawn Christian, currently looking sad-eyed at Chloe's bedside as Dr. Daniel Jonas on "Days of our Lives."
But this new Ross looks familiar too ...
Ah, yes, that's because he's played by Michael Lowry, who played Jake Martin on "All My Children" in the late 1990s.
So what was Ross's deal on "One Life" before?
OK, let's set the scene: Todd wanted to kidnap his children -- Starr and Jack -- rather than allow Blair to keep them away from him. He goes to Hawaii to snatch the kids, but runs into Tea there, and Tea ends up spilling Todd's scheme to Blair in a rare moment of solidarity with her #1 rival. So Todd's already not in a good mood when he and Tea end up shipwrecked on an island with one Ross Rayburn, who was one of the men Todd hired to kidnap the kids in the first place. So you know Ross isn't entirely on the up and up.

As much as I dislike Todd, I definitely think that Llanview would be a very boring place without him! He needs to chill out, however-as if that will happen!
Ross could be an interesting character, bringing all sorts of drama. Todd and Blair, though, are meant for each other-it will happen again! Tea needs therapy-why is she so nasty? Has to be a reason.
First of all, the writers and producers have control over what the stars do, so don't blame the cast for these crazy episodes and what they should or should not be doing. Blair does want Todd and they should be together; they're one of the hottest couples on the soaps. Tea should stay with Ross and get another life and leave Todd alone. All of a sudden she returns after 5 years or so and finds out that she is still in love with Todd who has never gotten over Blair. Todd just thinks he wants Tea (Bull)! Todd and Blair really add sparks to that show. They already messed-up when they let Clint and Nora get married. Clint is nice, but he is too boring for Nora. Bo and Nora have always belonged together. I have felt thay way from day one, even when they split up.
I already like Ross, he's a fine-looking surfer dude and, Blair is definitely one hot mama. I wonder what kind of trouble Blair and Ross are going to get into together, I mean, is being married to Ross, supposed Tea's only real secret from Todd ? - I do belive Todd and, Tea should be honest with each other before they get married or, they will both most likely, end up sorry for it.
I am anxious to find out about this s/l! what is the "BIG" secrect?.. who really cares that tea is married to ross. why do these crazy women want to marry a rapist(TODD) anyway i mean good grief!! i know its a soap opera, but sh%t!!tea, marty, and blair!! get a life!!
Ross sounds like he may be up to no good and especially if he's in cohoots with Blair of any sort. Blair will use anybody to destroy Tea and Todd. For one, she does NOT like Tea and she doesn't want anyone with Todd. She may not want him but, she doesn't want anyone with him. She doesn't take rejection very well at all.
