2011 Daytime Emmy Awards

Lucky Spencer, Jonathan Jackson, General HospitalThe 38th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards were held in Las Vegas on Sunday, honoring the most outstanding work in daytime programming last year. The Bold and the Beautiful took the award for Outstanding Daytime Drama, and stars from all the soaps were on hand to celebrate their shows ... and to look gorgeous on the red carpet.

The emmys was crap, Phyllis should have won that emmy, she deserves an OSCAR! I LUV PHYLLIS, she's the baddest chick in this daytime drama game! PHYLLIS IS THE BEST ACTRESS! I LUV YOU PHYLLIS!

I also thought the emmys sucked, who cares about oprah anyway, she's done already forget about her. The one thing that I did not like was that Jonathon Jackson and Laura Wright did not thank the fans. GH is the only show I watch, and I have watched it from the being, when Jonathon was just a kid on the show, it has always been the show to watch. But the actors should have thanked the fans, without us, they are just that actors.

I could not agree more. Complete garbage. All the time they wasted on promoting Vegas and Oprah they could have shown the emmy submission reels of why these actors were nominated like they used to. I only watch Y&R and sometimes GH.
Well deserved wins for Laura Wright and Jonathan Jackson and Scott Clifton. Kristel Khalil should have been nominated and won. Tricia Cast should have won also.
