Outstanding Supporting Actor: Vincent Irizarry (David Hayward on "All My Children") and Jeff Branson (Shayne Lewis on "Guiding Light."). It's a tie!
Outstanding Supporting Actress: Tamara Braun (Ava Vitali on "Days of our Lives")
Outstanding Younger Actor: Darin Brooks (Max Brady on "Days of our Lives")

I agree with this. I didn't realize the Emmy's were on until that afternoon. I would have been VERY upset if i missed it!
I look forward to the Daytime Emmy's every year. I thought for sure Bree Williamson would have won for OLTL. She is an outstanding actress!! I would like to know how these awards get judged.

Bradford Anderson DEFINITELY should have won. Also, Laura Wright is SUCH a natural, -- i love Alexis Davis role, and Diane - both are tremendous and yet they never get a mention. Maxie Jones is another natural - i do not think anyone could beat her role. Where are the minds of the emmy voters?
Bradford Anderson should have been nominated and won big time he is a great actor. His scenes with SB and KS along with everyone else are fantastic - like a highlight of the day.
The moving of AMC to LA is HORRIBLE the executives of ABC just get worse and worse. I have been watching from beginning and no way should they be putting all those people out of work. They should be bringing GH to Manhattan instead and get rid of the Awful Maurice and Kimberly McCullough. Both have the most annoying facial expressions and voices. She just ruins every scene she is in to the point of fast forwarding. The really need to find a better actress to replace that whiny nothing.
I wish Bree Wiliamson won, she was so good when Nash died and then the whole thing with the baby, she put a ton of emotion into those scenes and had me crying with her!
You should probably check your information before complaining. This is the View's first win since they've been on the air! I didn't realize people are watching Rachael Ray, yet she has won 2 years in a row!
How can Bold and Beautiful win for best Drama, that show only has a handful of actors and actresses that can act. I'm wondering who votes for these awards.
I think that Y&R should have been voted best Drama.

Way to go Bob and company!! And it's only going to get better..Next year we get a sweep..for GH.

I had no idea that the daytime emmys were already presented until I got this email. I didn't see it advertised on either ABC or Soapnet channels. Why hide it from the fans? I also hope you do a rerun so those of us that missed it will be able to view it.
Bradford Anderson definitely deserved the win but the Emmy voters didn't see it that way so, i really hope he's nominated again next year, as for Vincent Irizarry winning well i'm glad he did over the other nominees he's a powerful actor.
Julie Berman made a great heartfelt speech and i wanted either her or Kirsten Storms to win, i was hoping for Kirsten though, Maxie Jones is a force to be reckoned with on GH.
GH should have had more nominations and nominees especially those who get over looked every year from the show such as Maurice Benard, Kimberly McCullough, Laura Wright and Tyler Christopher.
Daytime Emmy's 2010 please be better than 2009.
