I always said it was Frankie..He was upset for what David planned to do to His family and friends. Knowing David He may have paid off coroner to bring him back. Didnt see an opened coffin, Did Kendle, Greenly,& Krystal see it open before they buried him ? lets see. Sneaky David, he has lots up His sleeve....

I still say Frankie did it.
1) His own wife hasn't been around too much to give him any support he made need now a days dealing with his mothers blindness...so he confides in Madison.
2) He has the ability to get the drug,
3) he likes Madison, so if the blame was on Ryan he may go to jail and that would make it that Ryan wouldn't be around alowing a chance to get with her being so he is her "only friend" and he seems to have an intrest in her.
4) he also hates the way he is treated by David while he is at work
5)and most of all ...the constant bickering between his mother & David. Because he see's how stressed out his mom is all the time.

I'm 100% sure it's Liza who killed David. Think about it, he helped her switch Damon's meds, helped her cover up other dastardly deeds. She knew about the faked evidence. Liza was vying for DA; the mayor is David's friend. If Liza became DA, David would say she got the position because of him and hold that over her head and if she didn't do what he said, David would leak that she has falsified evidence (even though it's HIS false evidence, but we all know David can manipulate ANY situation), switched Damon's drugs, and let's not forget Baby Gate with lil Stuart. Offing David is her way of saving her behind, thus the need to peg everything on Ryan, Kendall, Angie, and crew! They all hated David and had reasons to kill, so it's a good way to keep the heat and suspicion off herself!

As you know David knew that Ryan was coming to see him. David was preparing drinks and put something in one of them and offered Ryan a drink which was knocked out of David's hand. David, however, gave Ryan the untainted drink. David inadvertantly drank the poisoned drink. When he realized what mistake he made he put the vial in Ryan's pocket, because Ryan took off his jacket to fight with David. He died at his own hand but to be the nasty SOB he was, he will blame Ryan for his mistake. You live by the sword, you die by the sword. David reaped what he sowed. Good riddance to David the Horrible. The fight he had with Greenlee, just before the fight with Ryan, he threatened to kill Ryan and do him harm. I hope David is really dead and it is not a ruse. I don't know why they brought him back from the last time.

I totally agree with awartell! You have Adam Chandler on there who's been gone since April, Palmer Cortlandt who died! Joe Martin is long gone! They really need to update that opening credits with the pictures, because it is long over due. GH did theirs regularly now that they have a new and fancy beginning, as soon as Brenda started back on, her face was shown in the beginning, she didn't have to wait 6 months like All My Children. They're missing Colby, Damon, Asher, and who knows who else! UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!

When will AMC update the photos in the opening of the show? Many dead and gone characters are still there. Many of the new storyline characters, some who have actually been around for awhile, are still not being shown. I thought that since moving the show to LA they would revamp the photo montage. Let's get updated!!!
