I think it was madison, come on David was blackmailing greenlee, and that was Ryan's excuse for spending time with Greenlee. She acts like she has so much patience, but everyone has there llimit. I'm really hoping they find a way to bring David back, no matter what he is doing he just has so much passion, good or bad. Madison the silent ones always surprise you.

David has faked his death, he probably hooked up with the Medical Examiner and the doctor who helped bring Greenlee back to help him prove his death.
