I'm going to sum u p everything and it's not hard.
First is Sonny. Sonny has issues he isn't physically abusive but he's emotionally and verbally abusive. He's in denial and that's not good. Michael, Morgan and Kristina has suffered. Dante was spared. Jason has been more of a dad to Michael and that's a good thing. Baby Jake is going to be okay .
As for Todd he has a lot of nerve being mean to Starr and Cole. Dani has his personality though we don 't want to admit it. Victor he's a piece of work. Victoria and Nickolus turned out okay it's Abby i 'm worried about. E.j. has issues too.He's just like Stefano annd Bo being Shawn and Victor's kid good luck. To all the dads oh and Rex you rock Shane will be alright too! HAPPY FATHE'S DAY AMC,OLTL, GH,Y&R,AND DAYSOF OUR LIVES.

I give Sonny a B for effort in parenting for Kristina. Alexis kept Kristina away from him for most of her childhood. In Sonny's defense he has been trying to build a better relationship with her now. He has tried to help her through the aftermath of Keifer but Kristina is still resentful that he did not try to be a bigger part in her young childhood life.
However, the Dante relationship is his fault. He shot him point blank. It doesn't matter if he didn't know if it was his son or not. You don't shoot someone and than the person is okay with that and they forgive and forget. Also the fact that Dante is a cop that is another battle. I give Sonny credit for at least trying to build some sort of relationship with Dante. He hates cops but he is not trying to force Dante to not be a cop anymore.

I think Sonny would be a great dad if someone would build a family with Sonny...All the women in his life have moved forward and children have grown and secrets now being revealed...not all Sonny's fault...not with Kristina that is on Alexis..Sonny was just fulfilling her wishes..and Dante; well, in Sonny's defense; he was protecting the family he knew...he had a connection with Dante but it is survival...if it came down to me or the other guy...and for Sonny; jail is death...he was protecting what he felt he had to and that is all he knows...just as Dante only knows the law. I like Sonny...but he needs a life and family to actually call his own!! Brenda needs to fulfill that desire of Sonny's! :-)

I would say Tad is a good dad. It wasn't like he knew.
