I have cried many times during the years that I have watched soaps, but I don't think my heart really broke harder than the day that when BJ died and they gave her heart to Maxie. It was crushing sadness and sorrow. One of the best told stories ever! I wish writer would write more heartfelt stories on the soaps now as they use to tell in the past.

I think the best transplant story of all time was when Maxie on GH received her couson BJ's heart. All of the actors in those scenes did a remarkable job!

I think they should have add Kristina and Baby Mccall grom GH. That was a very sad s/l. Krissy is living bc Sam's baby died :(

What about Bianca and Erica. Erica practically willed Bianca back when she had Rheyes syndrom and again when she was thin as a rail from anorexia
