I LOVE THIS SHOW. THE MUSIC, REAL LIFE PROBLEMS, AND CHARACTERS MAKE THIS SHOW ONE OF MY FAVORITES. SO WHEN WILL LUCAS AND PEYTON COME BACK TO THE SHOW, IF THEY ARE AT ALL?

Will Peyton and Lucas make it? Well, they got married at the end of season 6.

Will Mouth and Millicent get over the Gigi stuff? Well, again, they already did.

You make it sound like he just got a girlfriend. Mouth has had plenty throughout the series, most of them while in high school.
