How could you forget Jerry Jacks? He is the sexiest villain on that list. It's a no brainer why Alexis couldn't keep her hands off of him & Y everyone freaked because she was doing it. Give her a break, every girl loves a bad boy, right?
Also, where the heck was PSYCHO ZACCHARA???? You put Claudia on the list & not Daddy? Where do you think she learned everything...PSYCHO ZACCARA deserves an award for this role!!!!
Sorry Soapnet but you TOTALLY blew it on this one. How could you leave out Jerry Jacks????? The Hostage Crisis was EPIC and was the main reason why GH won an emmy that year. Not only that but after that he drugged Nicholas with venom, framed Emily for espionage, kidnapped and tried to kill Sam...do I need to go on????? Not only that but he is the most charismatic character than anybody on that list.
Not to mention MANNY RUIZ!!!! THAT GUY WAS BORN TO BE A VILLIAN! He was the bst storyline Jason and Sam had from an action standpoint and that's because of him! I'm sorry but no Jerry Jacks and no Manny Ruiz takes away all credibility of this list.
I agree!!! Manny was so disturbing that I had to stop watching GH for a while, I couldn't take it anymore.
And after Lorenzo "freaky" Alcazar's antics (which they also left off the list -- he gave the word stalking a whole new definition), I couldn't take anymore!!!!!
Those were two villain storylines that just went above and beyond!!!
this is disrespectfull to Stefano Dimera and Victor Kiriokus! Victor isnt innocent as a villian cause he has done his share but Stefano definately is the best villian. Bold and the beautiful wasnt quite his backround.Glad he left and came back to Days.He has been dissapearin and coming back from the dead for over 20 years and kidnappin members of the Brady family,bringin them back from the dead and reprograming their minds to make them think they were somebody else. Only Stefano is capable of these twisted mind games.Salem wouldnt be the same with out him.They need to bring back John,Marlana,Steve,Kayla, Sean and Bell to make things more interesting.

Ric, Helena, Faith!!! All awesome!! Bet you are too chicken to add Sam McCallgirl to the list!!! She ROCKED as a Bad A$$. I tuned in every day to watch her when she was bad! LOL
Without Stefano DiMera as the top villain, this list is meaningless.
I can't believe they left off Alan and phillip Spaulding. They had two weirdos from Passions, which no one even watched, but they can't have the Alan and Phillip?
well I watched and I liked Passions. their villans were definately unorthodox but interesting.,not to mentioned Completely beyond crazy.
Also Why they never included Steafano is beyond me cause the phoinex is the grandaddy of all soap villians. Not to mentioned Alan Spaulding especially after getting Tammie killed. And you cant forget Terrible Tom and Victor.Sure their methods are different but Tom's the reason why Kevin was like that,not to mentioned behind John going to jail and dying, & when it comes to giving the abbots hell,victor will always be a villian cause he's the reason behind Patty in the first place,and whatever he wants he gets. He definately should have been included.
I have to say it too. Where is the ultimate villian Stephano Dimera? I can not believe he is not on here. I feel like there should be some sort of explanation why he's not. He even has an evil nick name. The Pheonix is unstoppable.
